Cinnamon Barn is a large and super modern all-white barn spread out over 6200 square feet with a 28-foot vaulted ceiling and space for up to 300 guests. The barn owners wanted to use the inherent tranquility of the setting and instill it in the construction of this gorgeous barn that hosts a plethora of amenities for every event, from birthdays to weddings to corporate get-togethers.

The Big Barn In All Its Glory
The barn has been built in Cinnamon Hill, home of the great Johnny Cash, and if that wasn’t enough to recommend it, it is surrounded by two natural ponds only a few dashes away from Lake Lavon, miles and miles of serene greenery, and it stands on 9 acres in total. Scheduled to open in early 2023, this wedding venue in Princeton, Tx, is simply one of a kind because it balances the natural wilderness aesthetic with just about every modern amenity you could wish for, including special lighting, prep kitchens, specialized furniture in many styles, vendor rooms, and heating and cooling.
The big barn is designed to resemble old architectural marvels with its rooftop cupolas, staggering height, and fine detailing, but the white timber finish makes it effortlessly modern for this day and age. It is a fine balance struck between an old Southern regal touch and Texas country goodness and openness.
Due to its prime location between the local State Park and the lake, it has that serene farmland feel ideal for intimate get-togethers, large gatherings, and wedding celebrations. Not to mention the bride and the groom can get ready right on the property as there are dressing rooms available to remove the stress of having to commute for hair and makeup on their big day.
The barn can be rented in 12-hour blocks on weekends and hourly on weekdays. Guests can use several outdoor locations for their festivities, from the courtyard to the patio to the ceremony site. The outdoor patio averages over 1000 square feet and is a Southern furnished delight with remarkable bistro romantic lighting, space heaters, a state-of-the-art sound system, and a movable bar.
You need not worry about the temperature as a heater, or overhead fans (whichever is needed) are all available. This fairytale-like, farmhouse chic patio overlooks the pasture and the ponds and is right next to our main fountain. Lastly, our ceremony site is a sight to behold. It is a large lawn area covered on each side by majestic trees, giving a very magical forest vibe for a wedding or vow renewal ceremony. Cinnamon Barn provides 300 white chairs for the event and any other amenity that is booked by the clients.

For vendors and helping staff, the Barn has spacious parking, separate vendor rooms, clean-up facilities, and use of our 9+ indoor and outdoor areas. For lighting and sound experts, we offer a state-of-the-art sound system and every electrical facility for hoisting lighting systems of any size.
The Barn has a range of indoor and outdoor furniture available for use depending on the décor that most strikes your fancy. Clients can book farm tables, ceremony chairs, catering and buffet tables, cocktail tables, French chic cake tables, and even tents of various sizes. The Barn also has a movable bar that can be used both indoors and outdoors for a much-loved cocktail party or reception. Additional décor elements like urns, pillars, and candles are provided per the client’s need because we care about making every moment special.
For whole-day events, we have separate bride and groom chambers where they can change or freshen up, luxury restrooms for guests, and no matter comes rain or shine, we are prepared for every type of weather. And with only one event each day, so you get all of our attention and affection!
