Venue Only is the most flexible path. You bring the planner, the caterer, the florist, and the photographer — we provide the property, the inventory, and a warm team on the ground to help things run smoothly.

HOUSE REQUIREMENTS

01 Bartending
All alcohol served through our approved partner
HD Liquid Catering handles all bartending. Lots of pricing options available.
02 Security
Required for all events
We partner with off-duty police officers to ensure a safe and well-managed event.
03 Insurance
Event insurance required
Event insurance through The Event Helper or your provider of choice — required certificate of insurance on file.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Venue Only, explained.

Venue Only includes full access to our 9-acre property for a 12-hour rental, all furniture and inventory (tables, chairs, arches, bars), setup and teardown by our team, access to ceremony spaces and getting-ready suites, and open vendor flexibility.

Yes. You can bring your own planner, caterer, florist, photographer, and other vendors. All vendors must carry valid insurance (COI required). Bartending and security must come from our approved partners.

Day-of coordination is not included in the Venue Only package. If you need coordination support, we recommend our Essentials package or can recommend trusted coordinators from our preferred vendor list.

All alcohol must be served through our approved bartending partner, HD Liquid Catering. There are multiple pricing packages available. You may not bring outside bartenders.
