While The Cinnamon Barn is being built, we’ve been honored to have some of the best DFW Wedding Professionals visit our property, and share the excitement about the beautiful grounds. We were so grateful for the opportunity to work with these talented wedding pros and wanted to introduce you to them.

Meet Haley K – Photographer and Floral Designer

A fine art photographer with 7+ years of professional experience, I am here to make sure your wedding photos are as unique as you are. I am comfortable in multiple lighting situations,  placing myself where I need to be throughout your day to capture the moments that matter. I also am at your disposal for all questions/ comments/ concerns before, during, and after your wedding. Help me understand your vision, and let me do the rest.

“I’m Haley. A native Texan that has been capturing images professionally for 8+ years. With 175+ weddings and 15+ publications under my belt, I am here to help make your wedding dreams come true!  I call McKinney, TX my home with my husband Matthew and our greyhound Tutti. I chase gorgeous light, laughter, unique details, and the small things in between.

You can usually find me with a cup of hot tea in my hands, while Tutti naps nearby.  A Type-A free spirit, I am always planning my next trip, have 30+ house plants, and am surprisingly tall  at 5′ 11″.”

While planning my own wedding to my now husband I quickly realized I love all aspects of designing and styling events. From backyard picnics to weddings I love it all.

My name is Kayla Victor. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Currently, I am a Graphic Designer at ClubCorp located in Dallas, Texas.

It’s crazy to say, but my work is my passion, and I absolutely love what I do! I have a wide range of experience from graphic design to marketing, hospitality, and event planning. I look forward to using my unique set of skills and understanding to better serve brides, small businesses across the country

The hair and makeup artist, Meghan

Meghan Palla is a hairstylist extraordinaire from the town of Southlake, TX. She was born on May 20th in Romania, where she was eventually adopted from. When she was in the 8th grade, she fell in love with hair styling, coloring, and generally beautifying it. She began working towards her love of hair when she was 15 years old and hasn’t stopped since. Even though her passion is hairstyling, she does so much more than that. Whatever you can think of, she does it body painting, airbrushing, weddings, avant-garde, fashion, and more. Shed beautify the entire world if she could, but as a single 410 person, there’s only so much one pair of hands can do. But don’t think that will stop her from achieving what she believes in! Meghan says it best: When you’re at your lowest, you have to ask yourself how bad you want to have it. For me, I asked how bad I wanted to survive. They’re the same thing for me. This is my passion and career to help create art onto moving canvases. I won’t stop until I’m seeing the view from the top.

The Cinnamon Barn is built from the ground up with you in mind. It sits on 9+ acres, offers a reception hall, a men’s den, a woman’s suite, and all the amenities you’ve imagined for your wedding day, corporate retreats, graduation, birthday, or anniversary party.

Located just east of McKinney, Texas, and minutes from Lake Lavon you will find the property and the rolling landscape tactfully appointed to cater to your needs.
